These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gabimetiu.com and the therapy services provided by Gabi Metiu, trading as Gabi Metiu Hypnotherapy, Worthing, West Sussex, UK.

By using this website or booking a therapy session, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Gabi Metiu offers Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR Therapy and related therapeutic services. All services are provided as described on the website and are subject to an initial consultation to assess suitability.

3. Therapeutic disclaimer

Clinical Hypnotherapy and EMDR are complementary therapies. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical professional.

Gabi Metiu is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR Practitioner and Registered Nurse. However, services offered through this website are provided in the capacity of a complementary therapist, not as a medical practitioner.

If you are experiencing a medical condition, mental health crisis or psychiatric illness, please consult your GP or relevant healthcare professional. Gabi Metiu is happy to work alongside your existing medical team where appropriate.

Results from therapy cannot be guaranteed. Every client is unique and outcomes will vary.

4. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are confirmed upon agreement between the client and Gabi Metiu.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. [INSERT CANCELLATION POLICY- e.g. 24 or 48 hours notice required.]

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at Gabi Metiu's discretion.

5. Fees and payment

Session fees are as stated on the website at the time of booking. Current fee: £150 for a 2-hour session. A block of 3 sessions is available at a reduced rate (£50 discount on the total).

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Fees are subject to change - any changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during therapy sessions is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).

Confidentiality may only be broken in exceptional circumstances where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law. In such cases, you will be informed wherever possible.

7. Website use
